I have been a Realtor for 21 years, licensed in several states. Prior to 2001 I was a mortgage lender for 22 years. I believe this gives me a unique perspective in understanding the flow and evolution of the market. Whether I am directing my Buyers to receive the best loan or vetting Buyer's offers for my Sellers, my past lending experience gives you an advantage.
